Founding

Feyenoord Rotterdam is a Dutch professional football club from Rotterdam, South Holland, founded on July 19, 1908, which plays in the Eredivisie. The stadium club is often referred to as the club of the people. The home base is Stadion Feijenoord, which is popularly called De Kuip. Feyenoord’s traditional equipment consists of a red and white shirt with black trousers and ditto stockings. The football club is one of the three traditional top clubs in the Netherlands.
