Founding

FC Volendam is a Dutch football club based in Volendam. The club was founded on June 1, 1977 as a division of RKSV Volendam (founded on June 1, 1920). The equipment consists of an orange shirt and black trousers: that is why the club is also called ‘The Other Orange’. The home games are played in the Kras Stadium.
