Venezia F.C.

Founding

Venezia F.C. is an Italian football club based in Venice. The club played in Serie B in the 2020-21 season and promoted to Serie A in 2021 for the first time since 2001-02.

The club was founded in 1907 as Venezia Foot Ball Club, and in 1919 the name was changed to Associazione Calcio Venezia. In 1941, the club won the cup, the only trophy in the club’s history.
